With views to the Taurus mountains to the north and natural scenery to the south and off course the enormous 60m2 south facing pool – villas don’t normally come with such large pools !!

The layout of the villa is as follows:

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall entering onto large Living Room with access to terrace over pool.  Semi open-plan kitchen with granite worktops and all built-in appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob).  To the rear of the villa, there is a downstairs toilet and curved staircase leading to first floor.

First Floor

Access to 3 bedrooms.  The first master bedroom with balcony over pool terrace below and features an open plan ensuite bathroom to die for with a step-up-and-in Jacuzzi spa bath, separate shower cubicle, sink unit & WC.  The other 2 bedrooms (both twins with 2 x single beds in each) on this floor share the 3rd bathroom featuring a shower, sink unit & WC.  One of the twin bedrooms also has a balcony on the west side of the villa.  Curved staircase leading up to second floor.

Second Floor

Second master bedroom with ensuite shower room with sink and WC.  Large curved balcony overlooking pool.  Access to separate laundry room and roof.

The private gardens are mainly laid to lawn with palm trees and fruit tress.  The traverten patio by the pool side with sun loungers for sunbathing.  For your enjoyment we have an Andalusian style built-in BBQ.

Villa is currently under construction with completion scheduled for June 2007 – availability is set for Sept 2007 onwards. If earlier dates become available, will will release these in due course.
