During summer, temperatures of thermocoat® painted roof sheets are ± 30 ˚C lower than unpainted sheets. Air temperatures inside thermocoat® protected buildings are consequently ±18 lower.


Ceramic particles in thermocoat® paint, technology developed by NASA, create a thermal barrier that reflects solar heat. The ceramics are able to reflect and block as much as 90 of solar infrared rays and 85 of ultra violet-rays.
