Was established on historical silk road which is laying from China to Anatolia land throughout the centuries is one of the caravansary.Hotel was built by from Safranbolu notable Karabaszade Huseyin efendi in 1645. Its architect was unknown. But it is supposed that it was built by mimar kasim who was one of the main architects in that period. No documents were found about its Project. It was done by skillful workmen. Historical Silk Road was losing its values. In that period Hotel was used as Caravansary until 20th century. After the beginning of the 20th century  was used as a warehouse which tradesmans keep their things there. Toward the end of the 20th century hotel lost this feature. Its expropriation was completed by government between 1984-****. Some failure enterprises were done between 1990-****. After that its restoration was completed by DKB A.S. So it started to Tourism Activities  in 23 April 2004.

You can go everywhere from hotel to historical places on foot. 22 standart, 2 suits and 1 Han Agasi Rooms are available in the Hotel. It has 60 beds capacity. Whole rooms have view of Safranbolu mansions and historical bazaar. Tv, central heating, international direct phone and internet connections are available in rooms. Beside 24 hour hot water, cabin shower and hair drying are avaliable in the baths. On the other hand  Hotel is prepared to serve cheerful environment its guests with 400 person capacity huge garden, 250 person capacity Develik Restaurant, 150 person capacity Göçergenlik Cafe-Bar, free parking, 24 hour room service, laundry and drying service and butique sales.
