The materials used in construction are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the walls of Ytong. The complex covers 4 houses (each with two duplex villas) and an independent house, consisting, as such, of a total of 9 villas. Each house is 235,5 sqm.
The area where the villa complex is situated has been elevated up to the road level by being filled in order to avoid indoor humidity during the winter rains season. The foundations of the houses are made according to a special (radial) scheme ensuring high earthquake resistance.
These houses are constructed using high quality materials, modern technology and with completely luxurious decoration.
The villas are provided with air-conditioners, water and electrical installations, and further, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Also the houses include a central, triple satellite TV system. Interior design can also be made as per the wishes of customers.
